Common Questions
May I use your work in my ai learning program?
Currently, in the states, there are no laws yet regarding the use of copyrighted work in machine learning software; I go by an honor system. I do not consent to my work being used to train any AI learning program. While AI can be a tool, it is currently unethical how data was obtained and used. While I do understand many fears people have regarding AI in general, I believe long term there will be a balance; multiple things exists simultaneously. Art can only be replaced if we let it; as long we are here, we will be here for each other.
How do you say Kozzie? Why did you spell it that way?
Kozzie Tea is pronounced like “cozy” tea. The reason I spelled it this way was to make it unique and avoid any form of copyright infringement or other issues. (lol). (It’s also very unique and is my own!)
is kozzie tea for kids?
Kozzie Tea is not a kids channel and is no way marketed towards children. While I understand my art may interest inspiring artists, parents should review my content and products before their children. Nothing at Kozzie Tea is explicit in nature. However, I am an independent artist who is evolving.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, orders are limited to North America. In the future, Kozzie Tea plans to expand further out.
How long will it take to get my order?
Kozzie Tea is a one-person job currently! Processing will take up to 5 business days. All shipments will be dropped off at USPS on Saturday morning every week (so make your order at the latest Friday night if you want to make this week’s run!) If you place an order on Saturday, that will ship the next Saturday morning.
My package didn’t arrive…
Even as a small business, Kozzie Tea strives to accommodate you as a customer with fair and just solutions.
Please try these!
Please take a look around your property or ask your neighbors if they received your mail.
Wait 2 more business days incase they marked the order delivered by accident.
File a claim with USPS so they can locate the package and provide you resolution per their own investigation. (I will absolutely follow up with my own claim also to verify the package is lost! Promise!)
If your package is stuck in transit or sitting in a USPS distribution center for a prolong period of time; please reach out to USPS. You may file a claim or call that distribution center to locate your package.
Kozzie Tea assumes no responsibility once the package is in the hands of USPS. If these options do not resolve your issue, please contact us at kozzietea@gmail.com
Do you take commissions?
Currently, I do not accept commission request. However, if you have any business inquiry, you may reach out per the contact form below or email me at kozzietea@gmail.com.
Where are your products made?
At Kozzie Tea, I get all my prints from CatPrints.com. All stickers have been made by MakeStickers.com and Stickerapp.com. My goal is to be as transparent as possible because where products originate and how they are made is important. This way you will be well informed before every purchase. While it’s very difficult to ascertain the integrity and workplace of every supplier, Kozzie Tea is actively engaged to provide all customers the most valuable products that align with its values.
Do you use eco-friendly shipping supplies?
For transparency, your orders will be packaged with care as to protect all items during transit. At this time, bio-degradable eco-friendly shipping supplies are not being used. All supplies except the mailers and sticker baggies are made from recyclable paper. The bubble mailers and baggies used are primarily made of plastic; good news is all plastic materials can be recycled at most recycling institutions that accept plastic (yes, even your bubble mailers!) Give your Chamber of Commerce a call, they can lead you in the right direction!
what supplies do you use to make your work?
I make most of my work in Procreate, although some prints (like my Clown Fish one) are traditional. I also sometimes use a Wacom with Clip Studio Paint. So a bit of everything! Traditional art includes Oil Pastel, Oil Painting, and Copic Markers.
